Myles and his crew were fabulous to work with! Myles was very communicative and fully committed to completing a high-quality job...he also has an incredible amount of patience:) We had several neighbors stop us and comment on the work ethic of his crew and how great our yard looks now. We were having a hard time making a choice for the fire pit stones and Myles brought in his expertise and experience and suggested something that hadn't even been on our radar, and it turned out wonderfully! From the start, the communication, the expertise, implementation, and professionalism is the best we have ever had with ANY contractor. We had a design team create our plans and CBD executed. Myles goes through each and every plant and makes sure its appropriate for the amount of sunlight they get, ensures grading and drainage is perfect, and the team executes. His team doesn't just install, but makes sure everything is perfect and positioned to receive the proper water amount. All of his workers are very professional, trustworthy and are very hard workers. One of the few companies that stand behind their work and don't take the easy way out.

We engaged Colorado Design Build on a six figure project that lasted six months. We could not be more pleased with this decision. They were professional, polite, efficient and hard working. They cared about getting things done timely, but it was just as important to do things the right way. "We had poor quality turf, an ugly cracked patio, and no desire to spend time in our backyard. Ivy Street Design created the plan and Myles and his crew at CDB made it come to life. They replaced our small patio with a beautiful brick patio bordered by flagstones, created a meandering flagstone path, installed drip irrigation, built a wood pergola, and added an outdoor fountain.

Myles was responsive throughout, and Hugo and his crew were careful, detail-oriented, and took pride in doing the best work possible. I now love my backyard and would hire them again in a heartbeat."

From the moment Myles visited my property, I was impressed. Even though I had a plan from a design firm, there were holes and mistakes. Together, we collaborated to fill the gaps and make improvements. He took my plan and made it so much better.

The crew arrived right when promised, showed up early every morning, and kept the job site so clean my neighbors commented on it. I dreamed of being able to enjoy being outside during the winter months in my north-facing backyard. With a help of a designer and Myles at Colorado Design Build, a beautiful space has been created. I have two lovely, paver seating areas for all seasons, an abundance of new flowering trees, shrubs, and perennials, and just a fraction of the grass I had before. All the boxes checked! The crew with CDB was so efficient and pleasant. The project was completed very quickly with no distractions.
